I am a tenured full professor at a leading academic medical center, and a trusted advisor and coach to both individuals and firms. My expertise lies in diagnosing and addressing financial and business decision-making through a behavioral science lens. I also have a private practice for financial and investment planning through Yellowstone Wealth Advisors.

Throughout my entrepreneurial career, I've helped launch new firms and initiatives across healthcare, tech, and finance. As COO and chief strategy officer, I led a startup software and consulting firm scale from 5 to 250 employees globally, which later was sold to Oracle. I have opened offices in Amsterdam and London, and led teams and client projects across South America, Middle East, and Europe and have significant experience in multiple rounds of Venture Capital. As CEO, I developed and grew the largest healthcare information exchange organization in Texas, securing nearly 100% of the market and generating over $15M in funding. I have also created some major clinical research projects that have garnered national acclaim across cardiovascular, emergency, and addiction medicine, generating over $60 million in research funding.
